Any purchase of a service offered by COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM registered in any countries implies full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions, which take precedence over any other document, including catalogs, brochures, advertisements or notices. Such other documents are for informational purposes only and not binding. Customer acknowledges being sufficiently informed about the characteristics, advantages and limitations of deposits COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM.
Article 2: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM a service of Objective Concept Limited registered company in Paris operates a system of sealed electronic public notary certificates in real time and digital storage, which gives the client’s digital file a specific date and time, which are also certified by the public notary. CopyrightDrive.com provide also a directory of creators and creations available for the users of CopyrightDrive.com.
From the site https://copyrightdrive.com, the company offers a service of Digital Timestamping that prove a COPYRIGHTDRIVE certified by a public notary for any type of creation or documents (models, writings, songs, pictures, invoices etc.), which serve as a form of evidence authorship of that creation and gives it a certain date, additionnaly CopyrightDrive.com is providing a digital storage of certified documents, files and creations and a social network for the creators users of CopyrightDrive.com offering visibility and advertising to our customers.
Article 3: REGISTRATION SERVICES
Deposit services offered by the company are sold in monthly subscriptions including some credits per month, a digital storage space and some another options specified in each offers on the website. Each deposit gives you a right of paternity and the protection of the digital file. Monthly packages are valid for one year from the date of signing the contract. Deposits not used during the monthly subscription are lost permanently and cannot be extended, whether the contract is renewed or not every month. Any deposits are stored in our servers and also at the public notary office. Signing a contract is irrevocable and amounts due under any contract should be paid to the Company, COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM, whether the customer uses the services purchased or not. Access to the deposit is subject to prior payment of the total contract price. The customer is solely responsible for payment.
The monthly plans have either limited or unlimited credits to use, these credits can be used to protect creations or any kind of documents and are automatically renewed every month, but are not cumulated, if an user use 3 credits on 10 allowed it will have a remaining sold of 7 credits until the end of the current month and by the next month the credits available will return to 10.
This contract is not transferable and is set for the exclusive use of the client whose identity appears in the contract.
Article 4: TERMS OF SERVICE
Once the total contract price or amount of period subscription has been paid or a FREE plan is selected, COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM activates an account with the user name chosen by the customer directly accessible from the “client access” found on the site. This account allows customers to make deposits, as well as to view the history of their deposits and the balance of deposits. Deposits are made online, either directly by the client, who receives an electronic acknowledgment with the date and time of the documentation submitted, or COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM, whom the client can request to deposit their works, which will preferably be sent in digital file format. All documents, copies or reproductions of the work that the client has sent will be destroyed by COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM after the deposit online, unless the customer requests otherwise.
Article 5: PRICES
The rates of different packages are presented on the site and are quoted in USD. Rates all include VAT if the country are eligible otherwise you will pay an amount fixed by our company that not include the VAT. COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time, so that packages are based on rates prevailing at the time of subscription or renewal, but will respect the initial price of the subscription for existing customers.

Article 6: OUR OBLIGATIONS
We will meet the demands of our customers within the capability of operating systems and the limitations of quality services. -To implement all means at its disposal to allow execution of deposits COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM. But the character of this obligation is especially given the peculiarities of the electronic tool and the use of external service providers.

Article 7: CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer agrees to
– Provide a valid e-mail address to receive depository receipts.
– Provide accurate data to the company, our company naturally is GDPR compliant and all datas are stored in secure storage in DataCenters in Europe. In simple demand of your parts we can transfer your datas to another company or give you your personnal datas at any moments.
Article 8: LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES COPYRIGHT
COPYRIGHTDRIVE.COM is not responsible for the content of the deposit. It is the customer’s responsibility, when they submit their own files/content and place them in COPYRIGHTDRIVE to ensure the quality of the papers presented, with regard to aspects such as readability of texts, visibility of the photographs, or highlighting of the unique features of the work. COPYRIGHTDRIVE is not responsible for the originality of this work; the customer must ensure the absence of anyone’s rights in work submitted. COPYRIGHTDRIVE.com is independent of any national Intellectual Property Office, Copyright office (copyright.gov) and from WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). Our website allows users to have an anteriority proof for their copyrights. Registering a copyright at COPYRIGHTDRIVE.com allows you to establish substantial proof of anteriority on your creative work in case of conflict.
* Only for USA : Only a registration in Copyright.gov can guarantee the financial damages, Call us if you want to register it to this Office for additional security (the fees are $55USD per deposit).
Article 9: END OF CONTRACT AND RENEWAL
For Monthly Plans : The contracts with COPYRIGHTDRIVE expire one month from the date of signature and is automatically renewed for the identical period.
For Annual Plans : The contracts with COPYRIGHTDRIVE expire one year from the date of signature and is automatically renewed for the identical period.
They are renewed automatically at the end of the subscription year or month, unless the customer sends us a letter by certified mail at least 30 days before the anniversary date of the contract for yearly and 5 days before for monthly contract, indicating they want to avoid the automatic renewal. Any cancellation made during the year has no immediate effect on the current subscription, which continues until the end, and there is no right to refund of deposits used. Only cancellations made by registered mail shall be considered valid.
Article 10: JURISDICTION
When the customer is a merchant, any dispute arising in connection with the interpretation, the conclusion or performance of this contract shall be filed with the commercial court of Paris in France.
ARTICLE 11 : MONEY BACK AND RIGHT OF SERVICE
Conditions of the refund offer is applicable to the purchase of a Copyright Plan: The refund may be requested within 3 days if the service of copyright registration online has not yet been used.
